7 Healthy Back to School Snacks
Let’s start off by saying we are so glad to be back to school! We have had a blast in the first few weeks and can’t wait for the rest of the school year!
Now let’s get to the fun part… snacks! Who doesn’t love a good snack? Sometimes if can be difficult to find easy, healthy snacks to send with your child for school. That’s why we’ve put together this list for you. These are all homemade snacks that can be done in a short amount of time with minimal ingredients. You can even make one or two weeks worth at one time and have them ready to go. So let’s get to the recipes!

This delicous snack is perfect for the upcoming Fall season! These bites are gluten-free and can be made in less than 10 minutes.
2. lemonade fruit cups
This spin on a fruit salad is both yummy and refreshing. You can put whatever fruits your child loves the most, add some lemonade, and you’re about ready to go!
3. ham and cheese apple wraps
This snack is high-protein and low-carb and can be made with your favorite cheese and apple. It only take 5 minutes to put together!
4. Maple glazed snack mix
This snack is full of variety! It consists of popcorn, pretzels, nuts, and raisins, but can be changed to fit whatever your favorite snack is. Besides those ingredients, you’ll just need some sweet seasonings, and it’s ready to go.

These gluten-free, refined sugar free, and protein full snacks are delicious! With only 10 minutes to make and 5 ingredients, it’s an easy thing to prepare and pack away in your child’s lunch.

Baked apple chips are a light, crispy snack that can be used for lots of different things. Eat them plain, put them in a salad, and bake them into muffins. Perfect for when it might be a slower week of getting through the apples.
